About Ashling

Ashling Casey-Moore

Ashling is the practice Principal.  She is a GOsC registered Osteopath, having trained at the both the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and the College of Osteopaths (COET). She simultaneously trained as a Naturopath and post-grad as a Medical Acupuncturist with the Active Acupuncturitsts in General Practice & Hospitals (AAGH) and the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS).  More recently she has trained as an NLP Practitioner, a SIRPA Practitioner, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Level 3 Mental Health First Aider.

Ashling has a wealth of experience having worked in Harley Street at the Osteopathic Centre for Children; in a hospital and clinic in New Delhi, India; had her own practice within “The Feel Good Factory” in Clapham Junction and when that closed, set up “The Moore Health Clinic” in Battersea. She moved to Ringwood in 2007, working from home, at “The Ringwood Health Clinic” and “Scoltocks”.

In 2017, she began to work in Lymington at the Wessex Clinic.  In 2018, she opened a new clinic, The Moore Health Clinic, in Tuckton, Bournemouth and in 2020 expanded further to work within another clinic in Penn Hill, Poole.

Ashling loves her job and has a special interest in treating pregnant women, the elderly and people with chronic pain.  Local midwives regularly refer pregnant women to her, but in general the vast majority of patients come via word of mouth.    During her five year Osteopathy/Naturopathy training, she also became qualified in Medical Acupuncture.  She continues to learn constantly whilst fulfilling osteopaths’ and acupuncturists’ obligatory 30 hours a year of continued professional development.  CPD courses undertaken include first aid, osteopathic techniques for the neck, the upper back, the lower back, taping for sports injuries, acupuncture and pregnancy, SPD/pelvic ring dysfunction, ear nose and throat problems in children, visceral osteopathic techniques, nutrition, exercise programmes, acupuncture and fertility (with Zita West), menopause (with Marilyn Glenville), Acupuncture for palliative care; headaches, and lots more…

On Monday and Friday mornings 8am-1pm, I am working in Penn Hill, Poole, at The Aires Osteopathic Health Clinic. I run my own patient list there, so text me for an appointment 07974247088.

On TuesdayWednesday and Thursday mornings I work from Lymington at The Wessex Clinic.  The receptionists run my patient list for me.  When making an appointment please say you are a “Ringwood Patient” – the secret code word so they don’t go looking for your notes!
